Technical Information
This hard facing electrode is excellent at overlaying in vertical and horizontal positions. It has the unusual ability to withstand both impact and abrasion. It can be used for extra high muilti pass build ups without weld cracking. Welds pass over pass without slag removal.

Application Procedures
All foreign material should be removed from weld area. Weld in a stringer or three times weave fashion. When welding vertically use the “whip” technique. Slag does not have to be removed between passes.
